This is an area where Gamer Launch users can suggest ideas on how to improve Gamer Launch functionality! When opening an idea, be sure to check out our Feature Request article for some guidelines.

If you are requesting that a game be added to the system, you want the Game Requests forum instead.

How can we make Guild Launch better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. RIFT - Infernal Dawn Raid

    Can we get the information for the latest RIFT 20-man raid added? The raid is named Infernal Dawn. I don't have a full list of bosses handy, but it's out there.

  2. Planetside 2 - Update Server List

    The Planetside 2 Server list is outdated; many servers have been merged or renamed. Current servers: Connery, Emerald, Cobalt, Miller, and Briggs.

    This is available on the Admin Menu → Rosters → Members area – there is an icon to the right of each user which lets an admin assign unassigned characters to them. :)

  6. Elsword's 3rd branch 1st and 2nd job classes are missing.

    I have a guild site for my guild, but many of the classes are missing along with the server that we're in. Could you please add Sheath Knight, Infinity Sword, Battle Mage, Dimension Witch, Trapping Ranger, Night Watcher, Weapon Taker, Veteran Commander, Code Electra, Code Battle Seraph, Shelling Guardian, and Tactical Trooper as classes? There's a lot of classes missing which isn't good for the site.

  8. Option to choose different feeds for LOTRO game news

    Currently, the LOTRO game news feed comes from the LOTRO vault website. That website is very out of date regarding LOTRO news and is still showing news items from 2010 as recent news. Suggest either pulling the news feed directly from the LOTRO website or give admins the option to choose which fan site the news feed comes from. Thanks.

    You can use the RSS feed widget to pull LotRO news from other sources.

    Individuals can now use Google Checkout when paying for Ventrilo servers.

  10. Give us the ability to divide our members into squads.

    I love this site and its doing incredible for my needs but I wish I could divide my members into smaller groups, like a CMS of sorts. My clan is divided down like this, Clan, Armada, Fleet. and it would be nice to be able to identify which fleet a member is in when I view the roster.

    You can do something like this with our Admin Menu → Games → Games Played functionality. Basically, you can include each fleet as a different ‘game’ on the site. They’re all members of the same site and can be in the same permission group, but it lets you easily sort by ‘game’ for each separate fleet.

  13. Please add some sort of Gallery or sub forum through Guild Launch's main site that lets us browse other guild sites.

    There are some wonderfully well done sites out there that could be really inspirational to fledgling guild leaders and they'd be great for showcasing the capabilities of a fully customized Guild Launch site.

  14. Expand Classes for Star Wars the Old Republic

    While there are four classes per faction, there are different roles per class (DPS, Tank, Heals). Would be great to be able to recruit not only by class but class role as well.

  15. 16 Man and 8 Man Nightmare Scum and Villainy

    Currently there is only 16 and 8 man normal and hard modes in the progression widget for Scum and Villainy. There is now a nightmare mode but progression widget does not show it.

    There are also a few world bosses such as Nightmare Pilgrim, Dreadtooth, and a SM and Xenoanalyst II similar to Golden fury that could/should be added.

  16. To have the ability as admin to set a email or text # for info to be sent too

    For instance when recruiting, someone puts in a application a email or text will be sent to you

    If the account is set to send an email when PMs are received, the site owner will receive an email whenever an application is received. As far as receiving a text message goes, this is not currently planned functionality.

  17. Increase the File Size for MP3s. Please Add an Audio Archive and Video. Please add a Video Wedge

    [Suggestion 1]: Please take away the file size limit or increase it to 100mb for music on guild lunch. [Reason 1]: I can only talk for my guild personally, however we hold briefings often on team speak 3 and record them all into mp3 format. This briefings can be as large as 100mb and last up to 1 hour at least or more. We would like to add them to the music section so our members could simply come to the website and listen to them directly from their as well rather then having to download them always. [Reason Two]…

    There are a couple different ideas in here, but new sites are now on S3 from Amazon, which has increased the upload limit on file size. This option will be available on old sites soon as well.

  19. Make a Guild Member Achievement Widget

    Make a widget that would pull the X number most recent guild members achievements from the Armories (WoW), complete with date achievement attained.
