How can we make Guild Launch better?

To have the ability as admin to set a email or text # for info to be sent too

For instance when recruiting, someone puts in a application a email or text will be sent to you

If the account is set to send an email when PMs are received, the site owner will receive an email whenever an application is received. As far as receiving a text message goes, this is not currently planned functionality.

    I still get emails every time someone posts an application. Create a section in the forums for Applications - you can privatize it if you wish - then subscribe to that forum.

    This used to be an option. Not sure why or when it was removed. Up until 3 months ago I always got an email when an application was pending.
