Voice chat is not an option for many app gamers who play at night or at work, but being able to conveniently access forum game guides and site shouts and real chat through the site in a mobile-friendly version, perhaps through Banter, would be very helpful. Some hosts already offer this (i.e. shivtr), but they aren't as good at the web version of the sites as Guildlaunch is. Also there should be a data/wifi option for Banter communication. Many gamers are in other countries, where calls cannot be made cheap. It should be more website based, not phone based.
