This is an area where Gamer Launch users can suggest ideas on how to improve Gamer Launch functionality! When opening an idea, be sure to check out our Feature Request article for some guidelines.

If you are requesting that a game be added to the system, you want the Game Requests forum instead.

How can we make Guild Launch better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    You can use Rapid Raid or the site calendar for this already – changing the name of the tab from ‘Rapid Raid’ to ‘Territory Wars’ (on the Admin side, under Site Structure – Primary Nav) should do what you’re describing.

  4. Jade Dynasty faction list update

    There are two new factions in JD: Incence mages (human) and Forta (athan), however these two still not listed in faction list.

  7. Text Color

    Great site! One little thought: On the account creation/login page, there is light peach colored text on a light blue background. It's absolutely unreadable. Text needs to be darker - peach disappears - had to highlight to read it, which in this day of the internet is completely maddening.

  8. offer mp3's that work with your site.

    it would be pretty nice if you guys offered your own mp3 players that worked for your site or at least suggest a few with links..Only because the few i've downloaded want work.I keep getting error messages files ending in exe want work for security reason etc.

    There is a Homepage Music player already built-in to Guild Launch, which you can use to play music by setting it up through the ‘Homepage Music’ link on the ‘Features’ tab of Admin.

  9. Show Remaining Storage Space

    Under Admin > Reports, there needs to be a report that tells you how much storage you are using. It would be nice if you could drill down into where you are consuming storage such as messages, Wiki, gallery and the like.

    This is shown on the File Library – only things uploaded to the Image Gallery or the File Library take up storage space on the site.

  10. Text glitches

    There's a little bug in the general info section for characters. When you type something with an apostrophe (such as I'm), updating the information will put a back slash \ before the apostrophe, and updating it multiple times after that adds more back slashes after the first one. It's very minor, but a bit of an annoyance still

  13. Adding - Games Played

    After already registering for the site, I cannot find an option to edit the "Games Played" in the profile section. You can only add games played while creating you account, or at least I cannot find an option to edit it.

    If there is currently no way to add/delete "Games Played", I would recommend adding it. If there is already such an option, I would recommend making it easier to find. Have the option on the 'Edit Profile" page.

    If you add a character for the game you’d like to show, it will display in the Games Played section.

  14. Updating the Addons that is set for Mists of Pandaria

    Just to set all the new setting to level 90 and refresh everything so it can recognize the new stuff in MoP.

  15. Character Updates

    It would be really cool if it could pull the level off of, for example lotro, instead of having to manually input it plus it puts the wrong items as being on your character half the time. Also on the kinship roster, it never updates so there are people that have left that are still on there. Besides just having it update more regularly it is an awesome site that is very user friendly.

    Users can import the roster and such for LotrO, though sometimes it takes awhile for htp://my.lotro.com/ to update, which can cause confusion.

  16. Allow us to move posts from one topic to another

    Give us a way to come something that has been posted in the wrong topic with out having to copy and paste it under our name.

    This is part of the Forum Moderation functionality that is already in the system. You can move posts from one topic to another without having to copy+paste.

  17. I love style but...

    The idea that it does not show a option for a personal message to tell you if you have been accepted to a clan/guild isnt too appealing. I'm fine with it but others may prefer a on sit message.

    The system automatically sends the user a PM when an application is accepted on a site.

  18. Move the feeback bar

    As I'm working on the site in the admin section I've notice the feedback bar is hovering over about 1/3 of my menu. I can use it if I scroll down. however it's just a bit of a pain in the arse.

  19. I don't see my server listed

    I see the game Puzzle Pirates already listed which is great! The server I use is Emerald and it is not in the list. Will you please add it? Thank you, Texas

  20. Monk spec

    I can't update my spec for my Monk because there isn't anything but "n/a". There should be "Brewmaster", "Mistweaver", and "Windwalker". Please add these so I can update my specs.
