Awards for kicking members?
I think it's rather distasteful to offer awards for kicking ppl in the new profiles. What are you really rewarding? Trolls are a big enough issue as it is in gaming. No need to encourage it.
Just sayin'.

Technically, this is an achievement, not an award. Every community removes people occasionally. We've had this achievement for about 7 years and some people find it humorous, some people find it a bit out of place, but I hope and part of the purpose is to takes the edge off what is generally a less than stellar thing to have to do. At the same time, our achievements are for a great deal of basic functionality, of which removing a person is one of those pieces of functionality.
