let the leader of that guild be helpful not to reject a application and ask the applicant to reapply , when the leader find himself an idiot

You can choose to Close an application instead of Rejecting it outright. There’s also an option to edit the Auto Responses that someone receives – this is in the right column on the application in the Recruiting tab of Admin.
