Add a function that will allow the forum admin to add background to specific threads.

The title says it!
I will try and explain the idea that popped up just now.
(Either I am a terrible "searcher" or your search-engine does'nt have this in history)
The idea is that you make it possible to add backgrounds to specific forum threads.
For an example.
I want to make a forum thread just for crafting! Yay! I made it! duh!? How boring... I want something that makes people want to click it! How about a picture of an anvil and a hammer! yay! search search search Aaah! I can't find anything like that! omgz! There's no function that will make my plain old white background with text have a cool looking anvil with a hammer!? Nooooo!! What do I do?!
Tadaa! I'll send it to the PRO's! twinkle twinkle GL to the rescue! :-D
