Update Permissions Options
I think File LIbrary and Gallery should be 2 different Permissions Options. Since File Library is often/usually used to store images for website design, it should have a different option/choice for Permissions.

I support also Mystarra's idea of separating permission for sub-galleries (folder inside Gallery), as written in this post: http://support.guildlaunch.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=28105199&gid=535#28105199
