This is an area where Gamer Launch users can suggest ideas on how to improve Gamer Launch functionality! When opening an idea, be sure to check out our Feature Request article for some guidelines.

How can we make Guild Launch better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Flag under Members name on Forums.

    I was talking to one of my guild members the other day and he had this idea, It would be cool if either under or next to Member names on the forums they could put a flag from the country they are from.

    This is an interesting idea and we may revisit it later, but we are not currently planning to implement it.

  3. Auto decay dkp option

    I want an option that removes a fast number every week from all members untill 0. if they are at 0 they stay at 0.

  4. C3 Voice Chat Widget

    C3 is a great voice chat program for guilds, it has EVERYTHING that Teamspeak and ventrilo has plus more, and best of all, its completely FREE! and i would love to see a widget almost like the ones out for Teamspeak that show the: Rooms, Who is in wich room, and so on, im sure most of you have seen the Teamspeak widget so im sure you get the idea. you can get C3 here http://www.downloadc3.com/

    This is something that we’d like to be able to do, but I’m not seeing any API access, an embeddable widget or anything like that on their site.

    If this changes in the future we’ll be glad to revisit it!

  5. Hovering Notification Window

    To have the ability to create a Notification Window that hovers over the home page for important announcements. It would have an upside down triangle with an ! in it that would be under the words of the notice.

    guild members would have to click on an "OK" button to remove it.

    You can do something like this manually with Javascript in an HTML widget, but it’s not currently something we plan to implement as an automated feature.

  6. Include gear item levels in WoW Roster

    An incredibly useful feature would be to add gear item levels, both average and equipped, to the Roster so that the guild can be sorted using them.

    This should be easy to do since the information is already downloaded and stored in the individual profiles.

    Individual sites can add this as a custom roster column that users can update on their end, but it’s not currently planned as an automated feature for the roster.

  7. Gallery Widget needs a 'random' checkbox/feature

    We use the gallery widget to display pictures of our in-game characters. Kind of like a constantly rolling credits reel. Unfortunately, even with a relatively short (15 second) time between image changes, we're always looking at the same pics.

  8. Let us disable post count on certain forum sections

    Some forums have off topic sections. Some forums also have post count based ranks/rewards/recognitions. How about being able to disable post count on certain forum sections?

  9. New version of Guild Launch Profiler

    Can u make support of World of warcraft ver.1.12.1 since there are alot of guilds here that are currently on that patch and it woud be great to have a version of Guild Launch Profiler that can support our game .

  10. Make recruitment class icons customizable

    A possibility to add your own class icons for the recruitment section, for the games that are not heavily supported like WoW. Of course with size limitations, but it would be nice if the medium size games were allowed little recruitment class pic uploadable.

    We may revisit this in the future, but we are not currently planning to implement it.

  11. Import rapid raid calander to smartphone

    Would love to be able to import my guild's raid schedule through my smartphone, so that I can see at a glance (usually a notification on the phone) if there's any schedule conflicts for the raids I want to be in attendance for. Currently I am doing it manually, by opening up the raid calender on the website, then the phone's planner, and inputing the raid info.

    I know it's a request that may sound like I'm being lazy, but those of us with hectic schedules would love to shave off any extra time possible with a "click and go"…

    While this is not something we currently plan to implement, we are looking into mobile applications that may include this functionality (or something like it)!

  12. Integrate KonferSK into Rapid Raid

    There's a XML file (I believe) that can be downloaded from KSK. I'd like to be able to upload this file into Rapid Raid as a way to document and keep track of who got what loot, and what the current SK list is. Perhaps some sort of cross-integration with Raid Tracker so that it'll track attendance, too?

    We do not currently plan to integrate KonferSK into the Rapid Raid system.

  13. Private Server armory import

    Is there any way for me to import data to my guild roster from a private blizzlike server with a fully function armory of their own based off of retails? It would be nice to have an option to manually type in the url of our private server armory. The profiler addon you provide works somewhat but its a bit of a pain. im not gonna hold my breath but here is our armory url incase your feeling froggy. http://armory.molten-wow.com/

    Private servers are not supported. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

  14. Configurable RSS Cache

    Allow configurable cache intervals for RSS feed widget.
    It appears to be a 60 minute cache, but this is not clearly stated.
    Some RSS feeds are more dynamic than this, so smaller intervals would be preferable in some cases.
    The ability to override the cache settings to 15/30/45/60 minutes as an example.

  16. Roster Display Options

    I would like to the the ability to have multiple roster views:

    • The Current List version
    • Avatar Profile Version (Similar to viewing the list of characters that a member has) a list but showing the portrait if the character as well.
    • Character Grid Option - A roster which is a grid of portraits showing name, class and level as an overlay on the bottom of the portrait.

    I would also like the option to show which member owns the character on the menu too as well as the ability to use icons in custom fields.

  17. Add Class Icons to the Guild Summary widget for Allods Online.

    The Guild summary widget is great but could be even better with Game specific icons for classes (In this case Allods Online). It would also be good to have these icons then available for use on the roster as well if desired. e.g. [icon] [Class Name Text]

  18. Item Hovers for Allods Online

    Is it possible to add item hovers for Allods Online? I know that several Allods sites maintain such databases (Such as http://us.allodswiki.ru/) and I have seen several sites using item hovers for Allods.

    Add more features for Lineage 2 clans, there are lots of widgets for other games but they seem limited for Lineage 2.
