V5 site Roster Import

1. On your guild site page select Characters from the Guild Roster drop-down menu. Then Roster Import from the Add Character drop-down menu. 
   
2. This will bring up the Guild Roster Import page.  For the import to work your Guild Name needs to read exactly how it reads on the EQ2U database (the guild name is capital and space sensitive). 
3. Make sure the server is correct or the import will not work.
4. If Synchronize is checked, this will permanently delete any unclaimed characters in your guild that are not found in EQ2U database. Only check this checkbox if you wish to have these characters removed, as they cannot be recovered.
   
5. Click Import 

V4 site Roster Import

1. Select Guild Roster from the navigation bar.
2. Select EQ2.com Imports from the left column under Roster Navigation.
3. Follow steps 2-5 for V5 sites above

Form Field Explanations

1. Guild Name: This value will not be stored for future updates. If your guild name on the site is different from the guild name on EQ2U database, you will need to change this value for the import to run. (This can be changed on the Admin Menu -> Games -> Games Played area of your site.)
   
2. Server Name: This shows you which server will be used to get data from.  (Like your guild name, this can be changed on the Admin Menu -> Games -> Games Played area of your site.)
   
3. Synchronize?: If checked, this will permanently delete any unclaimed characters in your guild that are not found in the EQ2U database. Only check this checkbox if you wish to have these characters deleted, as they cannot be recovered.
