Add keyboard shortcut to unfavourite
If you added two keyboard shortcuts to "KEEP" or "UNFAVOURITE" tweets, it would speed it up. Users could just tap fast on K or U to complete an action. If user holds finger down on U to unfavourite, they could quickly mass delete tweets

This is a very good idea, actually would handle two issues for me.
(mass deleting + keeping specific ones)
