How can we improve the Unfavinator?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. 'You haven't favorited any tweets yet'

    I also have the dreaded problem of having a large number of favorites still indicated, but an empty favorite list. I've used favorinator twice, the first time the problem occurred after around 3200 'unfavorites'.

    The second time, I deleted the tweets individually over a period of hours with the same result at around 3000 - 3200 unfavorites. This would appear to be the limit that twitter will allow in any one day, otherwise all favorites become hidden.

    Perhaps a bug, or perhaps a punishment for having fallen foul of Twitter rules! However, I decided to clear my list when Twitter…

    Twitter only shows the most recent 3200 tweets and the total number don’t always update quickly. Sometimes, they show a total number, but they are older than the 3200 so they are in the number but not displayed. This is a twitter bug/issue/limitation.

  2. Access entire timeline of favorites

    Both this app and twitter won't allow me to access favorites past the previous 3 months or so. It would super helpful to access all my favorites because i've had my twitter since I was young and I want to unfavorite alot of old tweets from years ago. Thanks!

    Can't get unfavinator to work .... Can't find how to erase favorities... Can you help?

  4. Twitter Favorties

    Hi I want to delete all my favorites on Twitter, but I can´t it alone, can you help me there?

  5. Old favorites not available for deletion

    Unfavinator was great for deleting a few thousand favorites (thanks!)

    For a larger and older set of favorites, though, it seems like neither Twitter nor unfavinator makes them available for reading or deleting.

    Maybe there's a fix to this? eg, seems like if Twitter can publicly resurface the old favorites, then unfavinator will be able to work again.

    after deleting some faves the list ended and i got "You have faves any tweet yet" although I have many more faves listed in the faves number !!!
    I am very woried what should I do ?

    We have noticed that not even Twitter seems to know exactly how many favorites you have. They will often report a number like “50” and if you click on that number on your twitter profile they will not show any. Check the actual listing, not just the number and let me know if you still see favorites.
