This raid is the next tier of raiding and should be a 'harder' instance than Endless Eclipse.

    Another thing that I noticed about the Rift Raid progression widget:

    There is no instance that is "Rise of the Phoenix Expert". There is only "Rise of the Phoenix". While not really relevant anymore, it is a small bug/feature that I noticed.
