Caron Farrell, a pediatric psychiatrist for Seton Mind Institute, says video games like “Minecraft” encourage imaginative creative play, which is a better way of stimulating the brain than passive television watching, but kids who spend too much time doing any one activity are at risk of losing access to all the neural.
