This is an area where Gamer Launch users can suggest ideas on how to improve Gamer Launch functionality! When opening an idea, be sure to check out our Feature Request article for some guidelines.

How can we make Guild Launch better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    Tera Online – EU is now its own game in the system, and has all the current servers.

  2. 16 Man and 8 Man Nightmare Scum and Villainy

    Currently there is only 16 and 8 man normal and hard modes in the progression widget for Scum and Villainy. There is now a nightmare mode but progression widget does not show it.

    There are also a few world bosses such as Nightmare Pilgrim, Dreadtooth, and a SM and Xenoanalyst II similar to Golden fury that could/should be added.

  3. Allow admins to set guild site to adapt to each users timezone

    We now have a situation when ppl from the diffrent timezones have problems in miscommunication about the time of an event.

    The idea is to allow a site to show not a fixed GMT, but a GMT of a user.

    It sounds like the users who are running into issues aren’t changing their time zone on their User Profile. Basically, if users set their time zone and the site’s time zone is set, then the system will automatically display the adjusted time (so if the site event is at 11 AM EST, but a user has set their time zone as CST, the system will show them the event as being at 10 AM CST).

  7. Add a "Save all site settings" to the site admin section.

    Add a "Save all site settings" to the site admin section.
    "Build Template" has a "revert to previous active setting, which works when you done something wrong. However, the builder can just do so much.

    I managed to mess things up, when I thought I was configuring the site correctly. Had to spend 14!! Hours on building the site back again.

    Please add "Save all site Settings" and make 5 save points.
    That way we can build the site and test things without breaking it completely.

    The "preview" in the site section requires you to change the site, LIVE.

  8. Showcasing Images

    Allowing images from a certain folder, to be showcased on the front page with its title and description and allowing it to scroll after a period of time set by the admin between 3-12 secs long. and restricting the image to 200 px.

  9. Add a PM (Private Messaging) feature that is manageable from the Admin panel.

    Adding a PM feature would allow guild members to communicate with one another similar to what they do with their Facebook pages. This will make it less likely that a guild will need a FB page since it will offer them the same type of resource on their guild page. I believe a lot of users would enjoy this feature!

    There already is a private message feature in place. On any Guild Launch site, click the envelope in the top right corner (next to your forum handle when logged in) to see your private messages.

  10. LOTRO: Add the new instances/raid to the Raid Progression widget

    The instances and the raid that were made avaliable with Update 5 haven't been added yet to the Raid Progession widget. It's already almost three months since the Update was out and they still weren't added.

  11. Wakfu

    The guild roster for the game Wakfu should have an additional option to display the character's nation, as this is a crucial part of the gameplay.

  12. Update Everquest race/class and Servers

    I posted this over a week ago in the old forums and got a reply of "I'll update the information in the next day or so."

    Still isn't updated, can we please get an update to this?

    This was updated the day it was posted on the old forums. I just reviewed the list presented and all the race/class combos listed are present, and all the servers on the server list were updated.

    World of Tanks is the current #1 shooter on the web. How about some templates ,tools, widgets game specific? Any plans?

    The Unicorn server has been added to Rappelz. I will open a ticket for multi-class options (in the meantime you can do custom columns on your guild site to display second and third classes), and both Human and Klingon (as well as the other playable Alien races) are selectable options in Star Trek Online.

  15. It would be nice if there could be a Widget that allowed members to download files that have been selected and uploaded to the file library.

    I want to have the functionality of my members to help with recruiting with banners and other ways but there is no option to allow them to download files. My idea i present is that a new widet or other method is created that is linked to the file library. The Admin chooses what files from the library are shown in teh widget and whether set to any or only members, can download those files one by one.

    This feature already exists on the Maps tab of the Guild Roster.

  20. Update Raid Progression widget for Age of conan

    Update Raid Progression widget for Age of conan to include new bosses in tier 4. It is now 5 bosses there but the Raid Progression widget only show the 2 first. The bosses got introduced 3-4 weeks back so please update.
