Shoutbox delete permissions
There needs to be a permissions option for allowing moderators to moderate the shoutbox and be able to delete shoutbox shouts.

Allow for a contribution subscription system
I think that it would be a nice idea to have the option for a guild contribution system in order to subscribe to guildlaunch, I am a guild leader and would very much like to have the full features of guildlaunch. However, being a student I have very little money and so, I am unable to pay for a subscription, it would help me a lot to have a contribution based subscription system as it would spread the cost amongst all guild members, rather than putting the entire cost on one person.

Embed Chat on home page
Be able to embed the Chat feature / window on the main page, without it opening to a new window or popup. Enjin have this feature, it is probebrly the only thing their sites have over guildlaunch. It helps bring the site community together in realtime chat, a seperate page does not work..no one goes to it or even looks at it, may as well not even have it as it stands

Add more options for handling of applications
I would like an option to just close an application for reasons like inactivity or lack of response from the applicant to questions or feedback. Simply clicking denied doesn't seem fitting but I don't want to leave applications on my pending list.
26 votesWe are going to add a new application status of ‘Closed’. There will now be 3 options: Accept, Reject, Close
This will let people ‘Close’ an app without necessarily rejecting the person. This will be analogous to the ‘Withdrawn’ status by the user, but will reported separately.
In essence in cases where a user or admin is neither rejecting nor accepting an app users can withdraw apps, but Admins ‘close’ them.
If you need greater detail than that the note field is the place to put the detail. We can’t add a button for every reason for a rejection or an application being close, but you can add a note ‘Closing for Inactivity’ or ‘Closing due to lack of Response’ then click ‘Close’ and you’re set.

iOS/Android Guild Launch App!
Would happily pay for an app so that I don't have to login to my guild's site every time from my iPhone/iPad and to have everything in proportion and organised for the mobile interface. Could have sections for shouts, upcoming raids, new forum posts etc.

Update Guild Summary in TERA
Hello, my idea is to update the summary in TERA, because the races are incorrect, as the race the Elin not exist and two types of Castanics out when there is only one, please fix this error, Sorry for my english
22 votesSorry about the confusion again – this is not a widget issue. There is a character on the guild site (Skantrix) who is a ‘Castanies Sorcerer’, which is why it is displaying Castanies, and there are no Elin characters on the guild site.
Changing that will resolve the issue.

Update Permissions Options
I think File LIbrary and Gallery should be 2 different Permissions Options. Since File Library is often/usually used to store images for website design, it should have a different option/choice for Permissions.

Calendar Functionality Improvements
I'm organizing the calendar functionality requests into one so that we can readily see all the requests for what people would like, and see what is feasible and what isn't.
18 votesChanging the starting day on the calendar from Sunday to Monday has been implemented. While we may revisit syncing in-game calendars with out-of-game calendars, it is not something we are going to implement at this time.

Link Url for email notifications
When you subscribe to a forum or you post on a thread and choose the option to watch that thread via email you get emails with plain text urls.
My suggestion: make those plain text urls click able or at least have an option where an admin can turn it on.
Reason: I receive at least 10 emails a day from my guild's website and it would make life a little bit simpler to be able to just click the link instead of copy and pasting.
I'm sure it wouldn't take a hell of a lot of coding either :P
17 votesThis has been completed. Topic and Forum reply notifications will now have both a plain text and a clickable URL. In many EMAIL clients this will be redundant, but for those using email clients that do not turn the link into a clickable link this should fix the issue.

Update the Powers for DCUO as Celestial is now a new power.
A new DLC has come out for DC Universe Online and our league would like to see the Celestial added for characters power types.

Radio Station
Like to see if u guys can come up a way for us to have a way we can put a windows media player n our guild so we can play um our online radio station.

Mobile Friendly
Could you please make this site mobile friendly? I would love to use the forums directly on my phone without having to resize. I have used guildlaunch for years with WoW,and i love how the forum system is set up. But now i would like to use it for a mobile mmo.

Add colors
Add colors to ranks and the like, otherwise the forums look "fugly" and bland.
Make forums more "bendable" when it comes to admin options.

Update Neverwinter Classes
It would be nice if we could get the class lists for Neverwinter Online to include the subclass instead of just the basic class. The are as follows: Control Wizard, Devoted Cleric, Great Weapon Fighter, Guardian Fighter, and Trickster Rogue.
