This is an area where Gamer Launch users can suggest ideas on how to improve Gamer Launch functionality! When opening an idea, be sure to check out our Feature Request article for some guidelines.

How can we make Guild Launch better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Ultima Online has several freeshards you do not list in the Servers List. My UO Guild is on the Ultima Online Forever shard, or UOF.

    Add freeshard servers to the Ultima Online game shard list. such as:

    We only provide support for official UO servers, not third-party servers.

  2. Wow - Guild Import Filter

    When using the feature "import from Armory" could you implement a filter by date so it will only import users that have been active between two dates?

  3. remove the vertical ads from the widgets area on the right side

    the upper ad is enough ,this website seemed pretty good to host my guild but i won't because of that right side ad ,such thing is not tolerable

    While I apologize for any inconvenience the ads caused, this is not an option that we will be changing.

  4. Sections on a profile page

    You could make a profile page less chaotic by separating it with lines, or by putting frameworks around the sections.

    We are going to revisit the user profile in the future, but we are not currently planning to make these specific changes to it at this time.

  5. Raid Progression thing

    Make it cooler, with a better look. alot off gamers (including my self) like to look at the raid progresion lighting upp or something when the boss finaly has been kiled. its hard to si what boss is killed. the one you have (for rift annyway) i finde boring.

    Having the raid progression widget light up when a new boss is downed is not currently planned functionality.

    This is something we’d like to be able to do, but don’t currently have access to the Tera API to do so (to my knowledge, at least).

  7. Improve BBCode for Images

    I have been posting images to my news section, and the images are 800x450. These images are currently too wide, so a bit of google says I should be able to resize them using:

    [img=650x366]imgurl[/img]

    or
    [img width=650 height=366]imgurl[/img]

    Realised that this is not implemented in GuildLaunch, perhaps we can look at implementing it to allow us to make our guild news page prettier (because auto-resizing doesn't work there). Alternatively, maybe the guild news widget could auto-resize.

  8. Gallery Widget needs a 'random' checkbox/feature

    We use the gallery widget to display pictures of our in-game characters. Kind of like a constantly rolling credits reel. Unfortunately, even with a relatively short (15 second) time between image changes, we're always looking at the same pics.

    WTB Randomize checkbox :)

    This isn’t something we’re currently planning to implement, but we may revisit it later if there is enough interest.

  9. Roster Display Options

    I would like to the the ability to have multiple roster views:

    • The Current List version
    • Avatar Profile Version (Similar to viewing the list of characters that a member has) a list but showing the portrait if the character as well.
    • Character Grid Option - A roster which is a grid of portraits showing name, class and level as an overlay on the bottom of the portrait.

    I would also like the option to show which member owns the character on the menu too as well as the ability to use icons in custom fields.

    This is an interesting idea, and we may revisit it in the future, but it’s not something we currently plan to implement.

  10. Item Hovers for Allods Online

    Is it possible to add item hovers for Allods Online? I know that several Allods sites maintain such databases (Such as http://us.allodswiki.ru/) and I have seen several sites using item hovers for Allods.
