This is an area where Gamer Launch users can suggest ideas on how to improve Gamer Launch functionality! When opening an idea, be sure to check out our Feature Request article for some guidelines.

If you are requesting that a game be added to the system, you want the Game Requests forum instead.

How can we make Guild Launch better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Eve Online API Addon

    For Eve Online that we get some type of add-on so that players can enter their limited API so corp / alliance leaders can keep track of players progress and status.

    This is coming, but we are shelving for now until we have a date.

  2. Donation Meter

    I would like a Donation meter in the PayPal widget. Where you can set monthly or annual goals and visualy see how close we are to reaching them.

    This way my members could see how close we are to reaching our monthly or annual goal. And in turn get motivated to donate.

    In my experience most members are willing to donate but don't necessarily know if its needed. And I think this widget would be of great help to them.

  3. Steam widget

    Hi, is there any way to include a widget that links to a Steam group and the status of its members?

    Much like how we can see who's on the Vent server via the website without joining Vent, it would be great to do the same for Steam.

    This hasn’t bubbled up to active development yet, but we may revisit it in a future release!

  5. Add/Update DCUO Raid Progression Widget

    DCUO is not getting alot of love from guildlaunch, I would like to see this added. I have already given all the info in an email over a month ago and have not heard or seen anything about this. WoW isn't the only game out there.

    The DCUO progression should be up-to-date – I’ll look into it further and make sure.

  6. WoW: Flex raid added to raid progression widget?

    I was wondering if you're planning to add Flex along with Normal and Heroic Progression to the raid addon. As a Casual guild we'd like to show our Flex progression as well since we will progress there before going on Normal.

  7. Features for "Latest Forum Post" widget

    Hi!
    There's a couple of features I'd love to see added to the Latest Forum Posts widget:
    - an option to have unread posts/threads highlighted somehow
    - an option for displaying the forum channel the post/thread is made in

    This is something we’d like to look into further, but aren’t currently planning to put into a development sprint.

  8. Guildwars 2 Roster API

    Are you guys looking into getting an API that will pull the roster from within the game, and ad it to the guildlaunch roster for the guild? I enjoy using Guildlaunch for my GW2 guild. But ENJIN is currently working on this feature and claims it'll be up and running in the next month. I would appreciate it, if you would also start work on this, I really don't want to switch services.

    This is something we would love to implement once the API is opened up enough for us to pull the data. :)

    Add a widget or a plugin to display the live scores of WvW matchups in Guild Wars 2. Working with PhpGw2Api and data from the API developed by ArenaNet.

  10. Rotating Images: option to configure image size

    When building my guild site, the idea of rotating images on the front game got me very exited: it's a great way to make the site more dynamic.

    After uploading my images I checked to see how it looked... The images were the size of a thumbnail. I figured there would be a would be a way to resize the images.

    • I tried to edit the widget: there wasn't an option there.
    • The original images are larger, so it's not a max size thing.
    • I do have 56 images rotating there... too much?

    I would like to see item hovers for ESO and also just more ESO specific features. I know these are probably in the works but I wanted to request it since I could not find a request for it. Thanks! There is an ESO database site, ESOHEAD.com

  12. DC Universe Online: Additional options for characters in the League Roster section

    For Guildlaunch webpages related to DCUO (DC Universe Online), I would like to see the League Roster section possibly expanded (especially when adding new characters to it) by providing options to view both character Mentor and current Role. I also believe that listing character Morality in the League Roster section is obsolete and a wasted spot, due to the fact that all characters would be the same morality as the rest of the League/Guild by default and in-game anyway.

  14. Twitch.tv streamer List Widget

    The idear is that you have a Twitch.tv streaming list widget so you can add people to the list and then you can see on the list if they are online or offline. And you can click the names and then you get to the stream.

  15. Promotions Widget

    I think it would be nice to have a widget that would display recent rank promotions. This could be a standalone widget with more functionality (such as only displaying promotion above a certain rank), or it could be a simple feature added to the existing "User Recognition".

  16. Put in a widget that displays addons required /recommended

    A new widget that gives the ability to list required addons with the required link to obtain them (through curse) as well as "recommended" addons with link to obtain them.

    You could manually enter this data with an HTML widget, though!

  17. Guild Member of the Month / Member Highlight widgets

    I'd like to see a widget that allows the display of a chosen Guild Member of the Month. I'd also like a widget that chooses a random guild member from the guild roster, and displays things about them (such as name, class, level, bio)...

  18. Guild Wars 2 Guild upgrade widget

    I'm missing a widget that displays a guild's upgrades, somewhat similar to the one you have for WoW guild perks. With the newly added guild missions, this is something that would surely be of interest to potential new members.

  20. swtor: add a schematics database to crafting section or at least a form with quick options instead of "tags"

    Currently you must type in each item your char can craft and then add tags to each item like "chest" "lvl 10" blah blah blah. This is way to much work and no one in my guild will be willing to post their crafting schematics in this fashion, its just too much work when you have hundreds of items. It was easier for me to write up and post all my crafting items in the forum, which was still way too much work.

    If you added a database of swtor items to search and choose from in order to show…
