Overhaul the availability options during the site application process.
I wanted to throw a suggestion out there in regards to the current option to ask for potential guild members' availability during their site application process.
Frankly, I don't think it's detailed enough for what many "guilds with websites" need. If I may suggest you take a look at http://whenisgood.net, and consider sculpting a system similar to this one, I believe you would end up with a much more efficient, organized system overall.
Basically, it allows an Admin to setup a generic sheet, with times of their choice between each day of the week. Users can then simply highlight which specific times they are available. This allows for a greater understanding of what's possible in terms of organizing guild events.
