Web layout engine
Please, for the love of god. can the theme/layout engine of GL be updated to something modern.
When you see sites like SquareSpace, Webydo, and many others which have cropped up over the last few years, they have amazing flexibility for users to layout their websites so they don't all look the same.
GL, every single site looks exactly the same, just different background and colour..... It's boring, it's very year 2000 rather than 2014. There needs to be more flexibility, sexiness, and encourage users to get creative.
The layout on sections like character details is just plain embarrassing.
The other exciting and modern looking sites don't offer the guild/clan/team tools that gamers need. and if GL was the first to bring itself into the 2014 era of nice looking web design and offer these tools, it'll dominate the market.
This is not currently planned in a development cycle, but we may revisit it for future releases. If you would like to see it reopened, we strongly encourage you to submit it as a new Feature Request so that our dev team knows it is still something the userbase is interested in!

Chris, Uservoice is not our only channel for feedback. Some items may linger here. Our community site has more central info on updates we have been making. Many of which arrive via Email, Forum Post, direct discussion with customers Etc.
We are working on some uservoice process to indicate that we really like an item here, but don't yet have a timeline for it. This way good ideas don't just linger in Uservoice.

Actually the only reason I person have stayed with GL is because I have users signed up and they have half way decent modules.
However that only can take me so far when I can create my own modules for other sites and they have newer up-to-date engines.
Main beef right now with GL is that there are some items in this suggestion area that are listed as planned and haven't been updated for 3-4 years. Most tickets seem to be left unresolved and unanswered by the admins and only halfway supported by the actually paying users.
I'm paid up for three more months we will see what happens.

Not to mention no responsive support for tablets and phones. I mean, come on... with 65% or more browsing done on these things it's really time to get out of the dark ages. New talent needed maybe?
