Articles
The idea is a combination of regular Forum Posting and Custom Pages. Users of a specific rank could post articles using the diverse HTML abilities of Custom Pages (Forums can be very limiting and therefore don't always provide the effect the user is going for). It would work like Forums in that users can comment and even search for Articles through use of a "tag" or other search system. All Articles would be kept listed on a common "homepage" where users could scroll through or search in the aforementioned way for an Article that interests them. The "homepage" would list the Article's title with a small custom image (chosen by poster) or default image (chosen by website admin when nothing custom is used) and a brief intro into what the Article is about.
