Make Instance Icons customizable

If a game doesn't have supported Instance Icons, allow images from the Image Gallery to be used for calendar entries.

    I really like the way shivtr lets you put a pic as background for the event header on the calendar. *hint, hint*

    Shivtr and even GuildPortal (as out-dated as it is) have the option to put custom pics with calendar events
