Allow us to set default # members shown on Roster
Either just allow admin to do it somehow, or have an interface that is "remembered" for each user, where you can choose how many characters/members are shown per page (ie, from a choice of 25, 50, 100, etc)

also I would like to see
"XXX Characters found, showing 25 (Showing Levels >= 40 Show All Levels) "
shown at the Top of the list instead of the bottom. Too many times people are upset that they cannot find their toons because they didn't see this down there.
