Allow for marking a block of a message from being parse my wysiwyg
for example if put the following in a message
<Trigger R="Golguth's The Chosen Curse hits (?<name>\w+)" SD="closer ${name} closer" ST="3" CR="F" C="Kralet Penumbra: The Master's Chosen [Heroic]" T="F" TN="" Ta="F" />
it will disappear when quoted or edited.
adding ability like many forums have of a Code Block for example
<code><Trigger R="Golguth's The Chosen Curse hits (?<name>\w+)" SD="closer ${name} closer" ST="3" CR="F" C="Kralet Penumbra: The Master's Chosen [Heroic]" T="F" TN="" Ta="F" /><endcode>
would have the parser ignore anything between code and pass that along to the quoted or edited message
