Gamer Launch Feature Requests
This is an area where Gamer Launch users can suggest ideas on how to improve Gamer Launch functionality! When opening an idea, be sure to check out our Feature Request article for some guidelines.
If you are requesting that a game be added to the system, you want the Game Requests forum instead.

Support GTMurmur for Mumble CVP.
For people or guilds that want to host their own Mumble server (Murmur), GTMurmur makes it extremely easy to set up CVP and will return data in either JSON or XML format. GTMurmur is released under the GNU General Public License version 2 and both the source and binaries can be found here: http://www.gametracker.com/downloads/gtmurmurplugin.php
An example PHP class that queries and displays return data from GTMurmur can be found here, but is lacking in design (no nested channels and online users are not displayed in the channel they are in) https://github.com/edmundask/MurmurQuery
6 votesIf it has a CVP link or an external script it will work with our widgets, but we do not currently plan to provide additional support for GTMurmur specifically.

I request the ability to export guild rosters to .CSV file, so we may import them to new GL sites. This would reduce steps for members.
Export/ Import Guild Rosters

Allow Profile Pictures to be larger/linked to site storage quota
Please either add a way for individuals to increase the maximum file size of their profile pic or add a way for site owners to allow users to use the site storage quota for their profile pic to allow for larger profile pics. 3mb just isn't enough.

Advanced Combat Tracker
I use a program called "Advanced Combat Tracker" which is software that uses text logs from inside MMO's to track stats about PvP and PvE. It has an "export to HTML" feature as well as export "XMS". The Html feature uses Java Script and CSS to display clickable tables and links in real time without having to refresh a page.
However when you create an HTML export, it creates files and folders for images and such as if you had access to the root directory of your website. Currently there is no such way that I have found to utilize…

Enable opt out for GL_Support 'Guildlaunch Updates' marketing PMs.
There is an ability to opt out from these everywhere else, there should be that ability for PMs. If someone doesn't want to receive these, they should have the option to stop receiving them.
6 votesUnfortunately, this didn’t reach the minimum threshold of 20 votes to be bumped up to review. :(

Implement the ability to enter HTML Title elements for forum/subforums.
Implement the ability to enter HTML Title elements for forum/subforums. This will allow a mouse over of a forum name to also be used to describe what the forum/subforum is for. This will be especially helpful for subfourms so ppl can quicky get an idea what a subforums is for without having to drill down into the main forum.
6 votesWe do not plan to implement HTML coding for forums and subforums at this time.

Limiting nested quotes
It would be a nice feature to reduce forum post lengths if the quote button only quoted the quoted poster's response (without nested quotes). Better yet, the option to define how deep nested quotes would go (ie 3 quotes down the tree)
6 votesThis was brought up in a development meeting, but is not going to be implemented as a feature.

Guild level widget for Wakfu
Wakfu has a guild level/perk system very similar to that in World of Warcraft. It would be great to have a widget to display this on our guild's website, too!

An option to hide 'maps' from the guild roster page.
It would be great if you could remove features that I don't want to use. for example the maps application and the awards section in the guild roster, I'm not going to use. I would like it to be able to hide these pages.

Progress Barb For Any Game
Progress Bar For Any Game, E.G. Bar Has A Max Limit, The Current Amount is regularly updated by website admin and the bar fills up as the amount increases, the reason for this is, so that all the members of a faction/guild trying to reach a goal, are able to see the status of it progressing and increasing

Better update to the interface of characters armour on the LotRO Side, that would complete Guild launch.
Improve interface of Character Sheet
6 votesWe would love to be able to do this, but with the recent restructuring of My.Lotro.com we are no longer able to pull this information.

Allow us to set default # members shown on Roster
Either just allow admin to do it somehow, or have an interface that is "remembered" for each user, where you can choose how many characters/members are shown per page (ie, from a choice of 25, 50, 100, etc)

Last Seen Online widget
This would show who has been on line in say the last 12 or 24 hours and at what time or how long ago. This would let ppl know who has been about and when. This better than the suggested member activity report. This would be for the whole clan to see.
6 votesWhile we are looking into the possibility of implementing similar functionality elsewhere in the system, this didn’t reach the required threshold to be bumped up to review. :( We will gladly revisit it if it’s resubmitted and gets the required votes, though!

I think it would be nice if you could copy/paste a spreadsheet into a forum post.
Create the ability to copy and paste an excel spreadsheet into a forum post.

Wild star news
Add a wildstar news widget or even better add it to the guild news widget
6 votesUnfortunately, this did not reach the minimum threshold to get bumped up to the next level of feature planning. :(

That being said, you can still manually embed Wildstar news feeds into our baked-in RSS feed widget!

members should join my site immidiately instead of first creating an guildlaunch account and then applying for the clan, noobs get confused
a better way of getting new members to join faster, as it is currently confusing for new members.

Also, while this specific idea has been declined because of a lack of votes, we did recently implement Visitor functionality to make it easier to administrate users who are getting confused – you can manually add or send links to people who visit your site on the Admin Menu → Rosters → Visitors area of the site.

Ability to configure Item Stats/Item Hovers for any game
Item stats script should be generic so that it may be able to support any game as long as we plug in the website and it follows certain syntax/protocols. Right now, each game has their own custom script.

Clicking the photos in gallery should automatically take you to the original size of the uploaded image with comments.
When clicking on an image, it pops up with a mini size of the photo you are already looking at. That seems like a waste to me .I would rather be able to click on the image and it take me directly to the page with the enlarged image and the comments. It would be great if this simple change was made.
6 votesIf you click ‘Details’ underneath each picture, it will take you to the page you’re looking for – at this time we’re not planning to make the picture link directly to that page.

Events - Calendar Widget/Calendar Colors
I would love for a functionality that would color the current day one color and events another color.
The event text background color could be decided by the label color as chosen by the event creator.
Then add a different text color to events you HAVE signed up for as opposed to ones you haven't or maybe just a checkmark or symbol for the ones you have signed for for an easy overview.I really like the calendar/event functionality, but atm. it's really hard to notice new events on days that had events before and to see events on "today"…
6 votesThis is not something we’re currently planning to implement, but if there is still interest we can revisit it in later releases.

Guild Audit Undo
I would like the ability to undo actions from the guild audit part of the admin section. This way, people who have either inadvertently left the guild on the site or been accidentally (or even if intentionally removed without complete agreement from admins) can be re-associated with the guild without having to fill out a new application or use the launch code.
6 votesThis is an interesting feature, but there’s too much room to abuse it the way you’re describing. An undo button would let an admin force a player into coming back to the guild site, even if they had left intentionally. If a confirmation were needed, it would effectively be the same as the Launch Code.
