This is an area where Gamer Launch users can suggest ideas on how to improve Gamer Launch functionality! When opening an idea, be sure to check out our Feature Request article for some guidelines.

If you are requesting that a game be added to the system, you want the Game Requests forum instead.

How can we make Guild Launch better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. Add future games that are coming soon to your list of games.

    For guilds that want to recruit for games before they release, like the game Camelot Unchained, it would be nice to have these games listed for search purposes.

  3. Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) character add should ask for @Handle

    Currently: When we are adding a new character for the game Elder Scrolls Online, it doesn't have a spot for @Handle. We can currently put our @Handle in our character slot but we can't enforce this from our applicants.

    Please consider adding:

    @Handle and Character name separately, and allow us the choice to choose which one we want filled out (mandatory). This would let us enforce an @Handle from applicants policy.

  4. HTML renders through application and cross post to forum instead of displaying raw code.

    Currently, if we had HTML to our applications, when the application comes BACK to us, it displays as raw code making the answers difficult to read. If you have "post to forum" checked off, it also posts the code to the forum instead of rendering it.

    Please make it so when the application is submitted, we see the colors/fonts etc instead of raw code, in both application review and forum areas.

  5. Allow forum users to select previously unlocked forum count ranks...

    What I mean by this is simple... Say I unlocked 5 forum ranks from post counts... I would like to be able to select from those ranks I unlocked one that best suits me. Alot of other forums do this and I am quite surprised this is not already a feature... This gives my guild members another incentive to be active on the forums. And it gives them another level of customization..

  7. The time/date stamp in ALL

    The time/date stamp in ALL forums (both on our user created sites and the GL Forums) needs to have the YEAR enabled. I am browsing through GL Support Forums currently and discovering that some posts I think are semi-current are actually from JULY/AUGUST of last year...unprofessional set-up. Is there an option to turn on the year in the time/date stamp which I have over-looked?

  9. Please add "Platform" to the list of Criteria in Eldersrcolls Online searches.

    With console release of ESO there needs to be a way for ESO players to also specify Platform in their searches.
    We need: Mac, PC, PS4, and Xbox1.

    Update the Recruiting Options to Show Spec's of the Classes Needed. Example is for WOW - Druids Need 1 Have a Symbol or sign for Restoration, Feral, Guardian, Balance. So they know the specs we need, not just the class

  13. Hey, Planetside 2 released on the PS4

    Planetside 2 released on the PS4 and has servers for it. To my knowledge there are 4 NA servers and I dont know how many EU ones. The one I want you guys to add is Genudine since my outfit is all on it, thank you.

  15. GameVox voice chat widget.

    GameVox is an up and coming company that came out of beta a few months ago. It would be great if we had a widget similar to your other voice chat support.

    They currently support their own "Status Viewer" which is a javascript tag to copy onto a normal webpage, so I'd think it would be straight forward to add. See below for example (broken link for privacy):

  16. Show guild calendar entries in my time zone

    GL_Rothalack suggested I post this idea here: When a guild calendar entry gets added, give it a time zone (defaulting to the time zone of the person entering it), and then when it's viewed, let me see it in my own time zone. This would make it SO much easier to coordinate raids, parties, etc. when your guild members are all across the country, or all across the world.
