How do I change the name of my site?
This is done on the Site Settings -> Global Settings area of your site. It will look something like this:
Click the field with your current site name in it, delete the name and choose a new name for the site.
Click 'Update' and you're done!
This will not change your site logo! For instructions on how to change that, click here.
