The best way to recruit through your Gamer Launch site is to flag your site for our Recruiting functionality.  On the Admin Menu -> Recruiting -> Advertisement area of your site, you can set what you are looking for with your site's recruiting requirements.  So long as your site is recruiting, you can set the details of your site in that area. When you do that, users searching with our recruiting functionality will be able to find your site!
